My dear, sweet Grandma drove down from Idaho last week to teach me how to can peaches. We got the most beautiful peaches at a fruit stand in Brigham City. I had a great time learning and really enjoyed spending time with my Grandma but, I'm not sure its worth all the time and money that goes into it! Not to mention the 2 hours I spent scrubbing down my kitchen when we were done!

Jen Roberts taught me to can this summer and I loved it but I am with you. The floor gets awful.
